About Hi-Temp Brazing, Inc.

We are an approved source for at least one division of every prime, and we have probably dip brazed something for every prime (with the possible exception of Rolls Royce). Our workload is about evenly split between commercial and military parts. We dip braze assemblies for many industries including medical assemblies such as x-ray housings and dialysis machines, avionics chassis, homeland security assemblies, aircraft antennas and supports, cockpit instrument housings and communications and wave guide assemblies.

We completely renovated our 19,200 square feet building prior to relocating in 2007. Our business owned new facility allowed us to add more equipment and also gave us the opportunity to provide an air-conditioned environment for our employees. Our facility consists of four segregated areas that allow us to comply with NADCAP work environment requirements. The major shop areas include:

1. Assembly, welding, heat treating, testing and inspection (10,000 sq. ft.)
2. Brazing pre-heat ovens (1,800 sq Ft)
3. Parts cleaning and dip braze salt baths (1,800 sq ft)
4. Precision Sheet metal fabrication and machining facility (5,000 sq. ft.)

All of our working areas are easily accessible by motion detection operated sliding glass doors.

What we offer our customers is our knowledge of how to prepare assemblies for dip brazing, a modern dip braze facility to perform the various required tasks and our presence in assisting you from start to finish.
