Detecting Leaks in Dip Brazed Assemblies

Hi-Temp Brazing employs two methods of testing for leaks of dip brazed assemblies.

The most commonly used leak detection in the industry is pressure testing. Depending on the size, shape and thickness of the part being pressure tested, Hi-Temp Brazing may be able to pressure test as high as 400 PSI.

Hi-Temp also performs helium mass spectrometer leak detection in our facility. This is often a faster and safer method of performing leak detection.
