Hi-Temp Brazing serves many job shop sheetmetal and machine shop fabricators. We never compete with our customers, but we do maintain sheetmetal and machining facilities on-site. This equipment is necessary for fixturing, tooling and secondary operations in our process. Because of our extensive backgrounds, decades of experience in those industries and our vast network of available loyal customers, we are able to offer fabrication services if they are required.

Hi-Temp Brazing has a complete air conditioned modern fabrication facility to support all of your fabricated dip brazed assemblies. Machining equipment includes (3) CNC machining centers, lathes, manual milling centers, tumbling and deburring machines and all necessary secondary equipment. Our sheet metal equipment includes (2) Strippit CNC punch presses, (2) Amada and Cincinnati press brakes, Time-Saver and vibratory tumbling. Machining and sheet metal fabrication are supported by Fabrivision flat pattern inspection, Sheffield CMM measuring and Metalsoft software.

We have a complete fabrication center for aluminum fabricated dip brazed assemblies, Including air plenums, power supplies, avionics housings, wave guide assemblies, sealed battery boxes, medical equipment, x-ray housings, heat exchangers, EMI and RFI compliant chassis or any aluminum assembly needing fabrication and aluminum dip brazing.
