Hi-Temp Brazing is NADCAP accredited for aluminum dip brazing and heat treating does work for many sheet metal job shops and machine shops. We will not bid or compete for business against any of our loyal customers.

We maintain a complete on-site precision sheet metal facility with all modern equipment in order to meet our customers' needs if and as required. We have extensive knowledge in fabrication and construction of heat exchangers, chassis assemblies and wave guide assemblies.

Sheet Metal Machining and Fabrication

We possess a range of modern machines capable of fabricating precision sheet metal assemblies. Our facility is fully equipped with CNC punch presses, CNC press brakes, CNC milling centers, shearing and saw cutting, bridgeport manual milling machines, drill presses, automatic tapping equipment, glass beading, timesaving, vibratory tumblers and all necessary ancillary equipment and tooling. Sheet metal and machining inspection includes a Fabrivision Scanner and Coordinate Measuring Machine as well as height gauges and manual hand held measuring equipment.
